Please call our office to report ANY suspected leaks. If a confirmed system leak is found by a member, we will credit their account with a $10.00 reward, in appreciation.
If you suspect that you may have a leak on your property or if you've noticed a drop in pressure, we suggest that you look at your meter to see if the dial is spinning. Typically, if the dial is spinning you can be certain that there is a leak and that you are loosing water.
Any leaks located on the property side of the meter are the responsibilty of the property owner. You may however, want to contact our office if the water needs to be shut off to avoid large usage and associated cost.
As a non-profit company, we are not able to offer discounts for leaks located on the property side. We will however work with you on a payment plan, if needed.
