Past Due Accounts/Disconnections

With the loss of jobs and obvious hardships caused by COVID-19, we understand what some of our members are going through. Although not required to, as a Water Supply Company, we immediately responded by offering payment plans and waiving both late fees and disconnections in April and May.
However, it now time to pay those past due bills, to avoid disconnection. Those who were offered payment plans but have not followed through, will be required to pay the balance in full.
You can pay by credit or debit card online with a 3% service fee, the box at the store is still closed for now, but will re-open by June 15th, so payments should be mailed to our PO Box for now.
